These Terms of Use govern the use of the First Green Light website and mobile application. By using the website, mobile application, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. General Provisions

The First Green Light service provides users with access to the platform functionality related to the use of a personal account, referral system, and other features available on the website or mobile application.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website, mobile application, or any First Green Light services.

2. Registration and Account

To access certain features of the service, the user may need to create a personal account.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, as well as for all actions performed through your account.

In case of suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, the user must immediately stop using the compromised access details and, if possible, notify the support service.

3. Terms of Use of the Service

The User agrees to use First Green Light exclusively legally, in good faith and without violating the rights of other persons.

When using the service, it is prohibited to:

  • use false data;
  • create multiple accounts in order to circumvent the rules of the service;
  • use the service for fraud or abuse of the referral system;
  • interfere with the operation of the site, application, servers or related systems;
  • use automated scripts, bots or other technical means for unauthorized access or mass actions;
  • violate the intellectual property rights of First Green Light or third parties.

4. Referral system

The service may provide users with the opportunity to participate in a referral program in accordance with the internal rules of the platform.

Any bonuses, points, internal accruals or other benefits received within the referral system are provided on the terms established by the service and may be changed, limited or canceled in the event of violations, abuse or technical errors.

First Green Light has the right to check the referral activity of users and cancel accruals in cases of suspicion of fraud, cheating, use of fictitious accounts or other unfair actions.

5. Account deletion

The user has the opportunity to independently initiate the deletion of his account through the corresponding function in the mobile application.

After deleting the account, access to the service may be terminated or limited, and some of the related data may be stored for a certain period in accordance with the requirements of the law, security, technical backup or internal accounting.

6. Intellectual property

All objects posted on the website and in the First Green Light mobile application, including texts, design, graphics, logos, program code, service structure and other materials, are objects of intellectual property rights and are protected by law.

Any copying, distribution, modification, publication or other use of the service materials without the prior written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited, except for cases expressly permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

First Green Light provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site or mobile application will operate continuously, without errors or fully meet all user expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, First Green Light is not liable for:

  • loss of access to the account for reasons beyond the control of the service;
  • any indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or reputational losses associated with the use or inability to use the service;
  • consequences of actions of third parties, including unauthorized access, if such access became possible through no fault of the service.

8. Termination or restriction of access

First Green Light has the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily limit or completely terminate a user's access to the service in cases of:

  • violation of these Terms of Use;
  • detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity;
  • need for technical maintenance or updating of the service;
  • compliance with the requirements of the law or competent authorities.
