Referral Program Rules

These Referral Program Rules regulate the terms of participation of users of the First Green Light service in the referral system available on the website and/or in the mobile application.

1. General provisions

The First Green Light referral program provides users with the opportunity to receive certain benefits, bonuses, internal accruals or other incentives for inviting new users to the service.

By participating in the referral program, the user confirms that he has read these Rules and agrees to comply with them.

5. Verification and cancellation of accruals

First Green Light has the right to check any activity related to the referral program to detect violations, fraud, technical failures or unfair use.

In case of detection of violations, the service has the right:

• cancel or not to accrue bonuses;
• cancel previously accrued benefits;
• temporarily restrict the user's participation in the referral program;
• block or delete the user's account in cases of serious violation of the rules.

6. Nature of bonuses

All bonuses, internal points, incentives or other accruals received within the referral program are part of the internal functionality of the First Green Light service.

Such accruals are not cash, electronic money, a banking product, an investment asset or any other payment instrument, unless otherwise expressly stated by the service.

Bonuses are not exchangeable for cash or other forms of monetary compensation, unless otherwise expressly provided for by the service rules.

7. Termination or change of the program

First Green Light reserves the right to change, suspend or completely terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice to users.

Such changes may concern the terms of participation, the procedure for accruals, the terms of validity of bonuses, restrictions or any other elements of the program.

8. Limitation of liability

First Green Light does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the referral program and is not responsible for non-accrual or delay in accrual of bonuses in the event of technical failures, errors, unavailability of the service or actions of third parties.

9. Changes to the Rules

We have the right to change or supplement these Referral Program Rules at any time. The updated version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the site, unless otherwise specified.

The user's continued participation in the program after the changes are made means his agreement with the updated Rules.
