Public Offer / Rules for Business Partners

This document defines the terms of cooperation between the First Green Light service and business partners who place, publish, promote or otherwise use the platform's functionality to present their companies, offers, promotions, bonuses, discounts or other materials.

Acceptance of the terms of this public offer means the business partner's full and unconditional agreement with all its provisions.

1. General provisions

The First Green Light service provides business partners with the opportunity to post information about the company, products, services, promotions, special offers, bonus programs, discounts or other marketing and information materials on the website and/or in the mobile application.

This offer is public in accordance with applicable law and regulates the procedure for interaction between First Green Light and the business partner.

2. Status of a business partner

A business partner is a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur or another person who uses the First Green Light platform to post information about their activities, products, services or advertising offers.

The business partner confirms that they have all the necessary rights, authorities and legal grounds to post the relevant information on the platform.

3. Subject of cooperation

First Green Light provides the business partner with access to the platform's functionality to post, display, update or promote information about the business partner within the scope of the service.

The specific scope of the functionality, posting format, display terms, technical parameters, moderation conditions and other features may be determined separately within the service, commercial agreements or internal rules of the platform.

4. Requirements for information and materials

The Business Partner undertakes to provide only reliable, up-to-date and lawful information.

The materials posted must not:

• contain false, misleading or inaccurate information;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• contradict the law;
• contain discriminatory, offensive, illegal or harmful content;
• mislead users regarding the terms of promotions, discounts, bonuses, terms or restrictions of offers.

The Business Partner is fully responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of all materials provided.

5. Promotions, discounts and special offers

In the event of placing promotions, discounts, bonuses or other special offers, the business partner undertakes to ensure that the actual conditions comply with those published on the First Green Light platform.

The business partner is solely responsible for:

• the actual availability of the declared offer;
• the correctness of the description of the terms of the promotion or discount;
• the validity period of the offer;
• the volume of available goods or services;
• serving users who have taken advantage of the offer.

First Green Light is not a party to the contract between the business partner and the end user for the purchase of goods or services, unless otherwise expressly stated separately.

6. Moderation and right to refuse

First Green Light has the right, but is not obliged, to carry out a preliminary or subsequent verification of materials posted by a business partner.

The Service has the right, without prior consent, to refuse publication, limit display, temporarily hide, edit in the technical part or delete the materials of the business partner in cases where:

• the materials violate these Rules;
• the materials may harm the reputation of the service;
• user complaints about the unreliability of the offer have been identified;
• the posted information violates the law or the rights of third parties;
• the materials do not meet the technical, ethical or content requirements of the platform.

7. Business Partner Responsibility

The Business Partner bears independent and full responsibility for:

• the content of the posted information;
• the reliability of promotions, bonuses, discounts and promotional offers;
• the quality of goods and services;
• fulfillment of obligations to users;
• compliance with the requirements of the law on advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property and economic activity.

In the event of claims, complaints, demands or lawsuits from third parties related to the activities of the Business Partner or the materials posted by him, the Business Partner undertakes to independently settle such claims and, if necessary, compensate for the losses caused to First Green Light.

8. First Green Light's Liability

First Green Light provides a platform for posting and displaying business partners' information, but does not guarantee a specific commercial result, number of views, conversions, orders, customers or profit.

To the extent permitted by law, First Green Light is not liable for:

• actions or inaction of the business partner;
• inconsistency of the actual terms of the promotion or offer with its description;
• disputes between the business partner and users;
• temporary unavailability of the site, application or individual functions of the platform;
• any indirect losses, lost profits or reputational losses of the business partner.

9. Intellectual Property

The Business Partner guarantees that all texts, logos, photographs, descriptions, graphic materials and other content provided by him are used on legal grounds.

By providing materials for placement, the Business Partner grants First Green Light the right to use such materials within the scope of the platform, including publication, technical adaptation, display on the website and in the mobile application, as well as in promotional materials of the service, if this is related to the presentation of the Business Partner on the platform.

10. Term and termination of cooperation

The cooperation between First Green Light and the business partner is valid from the moment of the actual start of using the platform functionality or from the moment of agreement on individual terms of cooperation and continues until its termination by either party.

First Green Light has the right at any time to terminate or limit cooperation with the business partner in the event of violation of this offer, receipt of justified complaints, detection of inaccurate information or for other reasons that the service considers essential for the security, legality or reputation of the platform.

11. Changes to the offer

First Green Light has the right to change, supplement or update this public offer at any time. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website, unless otherwise specified.

Further use of the platform by the business partner after the changes mean agreement with the updated version of the offer.
